International Marine Glory Band Co. was founded in 2018 by founder and operating director Charis So. It has successively established IMGB Music Co. & IMS Academy of Music and has received praise and support from a large number of industry and major customers in a short period of time. Charis has rich experience in music industry management and brand management. She has managed more than a hundred large and small music performances. She has cooperated with various large companies, shopping malls and major institutions, including: Pok Oi Hospital, Cathay Pacific, Henderson Land Development, Prudential, Dah Sing Bank, First First Asia Merchants Bullion Limited, Harvard Business School, TDK Corporation and many other clients have given it strong recommendations.

Charis So graduated from the University of Western Australia – studied classical and popular music in Hong Kong, including music performance/arranging/composing/lyrics and mixing. Charis has been exposed to music since he was a child and is full of enthusiasm for music. Ms Charis So is mainly responsible for the pianist performances and has participated in more than 60 large-scale performances and has rich performance experiences, currently focusing on education and operations management. Charis So focuses on promoting music culture and cultivating outstanding performing talents. She hopes that students can use music to develop their talents and start a new page with music.
